How You Can Shift Your Energy When You Are Not In The Mindset To Do So

Last week I was on a business trip in London and spend 2 days in strategy meetings for 2020 and on the way back (literally on the plane) I was urged to write my newsletter to share what I have just shared with my lovely team.

I met with a colleague who made tremendous changes in her life last year, new city- cold and dark, new job- toxic environment. It was a lot to take and she was blaming herself for her decisions. I immediately resonated with her, shared a video that inspired me when I was struggling with the same issues. (Thanks to all the people who are brave to accept vulnerability rather than hiding behind fake perfect pictures!)

I moved to Luxembourg in Feb 2017, I was very excited before coming, however, the minute I started my new life, reality hit me. It was a cold, dark and rainy that winter, so it was quite difficult to embrace the city if you are addicted to the sun. The new job was challenging, different company culture, and a super demanding manager who was constantly giving me feedback on everything I did differently or wrong. It was the first time in my corporate career that I got negative feedback on my language skills and the worst with more than 10 years of experience, my ego was slammed.

My initial reaction was to blame myself, for leaving my amazing job, amazing life and sometimes I felt so sad I cried when I left the office late and it was dark as I walked home. I was practicing energy work so I just went back to teachings in order to change my mood and shift my energy to be able to survive. I know it is not easy to practice energy work or meditation etc. when you are depressed with real-life drama. However, when you keep the faith and work on it you can move from there. As they say ‘it is not easy but it is simple’.

In One Year...

  • I changed my role in the same company and I have been working with inner peace, satisfaction and real work and life balance!

  • I made peace with the city that I live in and it made peace with me by giving me many miracles

  • I launched my healing business and started to walk in my soul’s calling


Therefore, the question is how you can shift your energy when you are not in the mindset. I decided to dedicate December newsletters to this major topic to welcome 2020 with a new mindset.

Throughout the month of December, I will share my top 3 actions you can start implementing by yourself!

I hear you, I am aware of the fact that they worked faster for me as I was also working on deep healing. My clients know that I am an advocate of self-healing. Life is a journey, even though you work with coaches, healers, therapists… In this journey, you need to find a way to get up when you are struggling and see that you don’t fall down as hard as before and to HEAL YOURSELF!
