Success story: how to find inner peace in times of darkness
Sometimes, we behave in ways that we'll later regret.
We fall into repetitive cycles of low mood, anxiety, depression, and negative patterns of behaviour. And, as a result, both ourselves and the people around us suffer. (If you can relate to this and are able to recognise this within yourself...it's actually a good sign ❤️)
Of course, no one wants to be experiencing life this way. You wake up every day with good intentions and more aligned visions for the future (but they never quite come true).
Instead, you're falling into self-destructive behaviours, causing yourself pain, and maybe even causing pain to others. But you're aware of it! You're desiring a positive change. And that is your pathway to transformation! ✨
My client, Fatos, started working with me after experiencing something similar...
She would experience unexpected downturns in her mood that would linger on longer than she would hope. She described those times as; "I was not only feeling down, I also did things which I know are wrong but could never admit it or say sorry."

"I have been having downturns in my mood, mostly unexpectedly. Many times, I stayed in that mood longer than I wished. During those times, I not only feel down, I also do things which I know are wrong but could never admit it or say sorry.
It was one of those times that I decided to talk to Gul. We had a great connection in our first session and I decided to do the 10 session program.
The sessions were my favorite times of the week! Throughout the 10 week program, I began to understand some of the underlying reasons for the problems I were having; falling into those moods and why I could never say sorry.
