Tips for the Eclipse Season

The energies have been intense lately.

We just moved through an Eclipse where energies went down, things started feel heavier, a lot of people were emailing me to tell me how they were struggling to rest and get quality sleep.

Maybe you've been feeling it to?

The world keeps on spinning, and life happens, <<First Name>>. Things aren't always going to be easy and gentle.

We all move through periods where it feels like we're spiralling down. The doubts come in, we feel guilt and shame and anxiety and fear to move forward.

Maybe you're thinking negative things like..

"The economy is in a bad place — what am I going to do?"
"He doesn't love me — will I ever find my soulmate?"

And it's uncomfortable to hear this side of our minds take over. It only brings us even further down into our own internal battle.

So what can you do during these periods of lower energy and struggle?

You need to look at the emotion you're feeling and ask what you can do with it. What can I understand about myself and my life better from experiencing it?

No one is coming to save you. You need to do the work to save yourself. This can be easier when you have mindful practices to help you move forward.

Here are some basic things I recommend to anyone moving through a low mood and feeling stuck in their life…

(because healing doesn't have to be overcomplicated):

✍️Grab your journal when the feelings and triggers arrive. Write them down and respect your feelings and experiences and accept them for what they are. So much can be freed by putting a pen to paper.

🧘Start a regular meditation practice to help deepen your connection to the divine. The main areas where meditation can support you is by:

  • helping you to ground and protect your energy

  • cleansing your energy to bring balance back into your life

  • helping you to forgive yourself and others

  • connecting you with your inner child to bring about more self-love

  • connecting you with your ancestors to invite their wisdom and guidance on how to move forward.

If you don't have a regular meditation practice, my Meditation Kit for Self-Healing and Inner Peace is the perfect place to start. It has 5 meditations that will help you to experience all of the above whenever you need it.

I even added a bonus meditation ceremony to the kit last week to help you move through the heavy energies of the eclipse and bring balance and peace back into your life.

You can start your healing journey with these meditations for just €49 — if you're ready to create a new life where you feel connected to your heart and your desires, you can learn more about the Meditation Kit here.

❤️‍🩹Change your physiologyso that your body, your brain and hormones can help you. Instead of staying at home wallowing and blaming yourself, you can take an easy walk. Once you start to move your body and change your physiology, you will start to release hormones which will help you to feel better and calm your nervous system so you can see things more clearly.

Connect to your higher self.Open yourself up to the idea that you can be the version of yourself you truly want to be and MANIFEST it. Focus on the new beginnings and possibilities that you know will bring you into a higher vibration and take intuitive and aligned actions that will move you closer. But remember to be patient — things don't always come quickly, so stay focused and don't give up on yourself.

Need help manifesting? My Manifestation Mastery workshop will guide you through a step-by-step process that will help you to illuminate the beautiful pathway and life that's ahead of you. Click here to learn more.

Finally, remember that all things in life are temporary.

If you've been moving through a difficult time lately, it will pass. Especially when you do the work to heal yourself and have the tools to support you through life's tough (but inevitable) seasons.

Sending you love and light after an intense eclipse season. I hope you can use these times to move through the hard things so you can get closer still to the beautiful things yet to come.
