How to improve your health: insights for women’s wellness

As we embark on International Women's Month, it's time to honor the incredible strength, resilience, and achievements of women everywhere.

This month, I celebrate the empowered and inspirational women who are making waves in their careers and families, all while nurturing your passions for meditation, self-development, and energy healing 🎉

I want to dedicate this newsletter to providing some valuable information for all of the amazing women in our community who may be navigating hormonal imbalances, fertility challenges, period issues, or cystic breast or ovaries.

I have shared this book couple of years ago, but recently I am hearing that many women are struggling with hormonal issues, regardless of their age. Knowledge is power! As women the more we educate ourselves about our hormones, the more we have a healthy life. 

Sharing this book isn't just about passing on information; it's about sparking curiosity and inspiring positive change..

"Woman Code" by Alissa Vitti.

Alissa Vitti, a holistic health coach who overcame polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) through food and lifestyle changes, wrote this book as a guide to help women rebalance their hormones and reclaim their vitality. 

The book outlines a 5-step protocol that includes stabilizing blood sugar, nurturing adrenal glands, supporting elimination organs, syncing with your menstrual cycle, and embracing feminine energy.

What resonated most with me were the scientific insights into food and its effects, particularly in the first three steps. I found the section on feminine energy quite basic...but sometimes we even forget to do the basic work, so I hope it refreshes your knowledge as well.
