How to keep the vibrations HIGH in these times of uncertainty
Hope you are at home and safe!
I am on day 21 of lockdown at home and so far so good. In Luxembourg, we are allowed to go outside for walks and I have been enjoying the sunshine and Mother Nature walking in the woods alone. Last December I moved into an apartment that is close to a forest so I am sending my gratitude every day for the location 🙏🏼. It is still a small one-bedroom apartment, however, I am grateful for what it can offer!
During the days I have been working closely with my clients, and last week I had so many moments of gratitude and joy! I have been inspired to share their stories on HOW TO KEEP UP THE GOOD MOOD and MAINTAIN HOPE.
1. Let the CREATIVE ENERGY RISE!
The first story comes from Paul and it has already made its way in the news!
We have been working together for four months and his story is simply inspiring. Paul is an artist who has a corporate job! Yes, you can do both! Sometimes all you need to do is tune in to your creative energy to heal the world! People often ask me “how can I help others?” and I always give the magical formula, “just tune in and face yourself”. We are all different and we all have healing powers. Your energy can shift the energy of others in many ways, and Paul uses his energy to give hope and wisdom to his neighbours. Now they can see the butterflies without going outside 🦋🙏🏼.
"I am staying with the theme of hope and possibility. The young boy from across the street suggested butterflies which I thought was perfect," enthused the painterly chap.
"Butterflies are amazing in their beauty and variety. They provide wonder to us as children and practically help to pollinate our crops. They are amazing 4-winged fliers that can literally dance in the air, flying in any direction. Finally and, perhaps more relevant in the current situation, they are models of transformation, moving from a caterpillar to the marvelous creation we all love after a period of isolation," Bryant added.
2. Use the POWERFUL energies around you to RELEASE
Last week we witnessed SUPER PINK FULL MOON. It was one of the biggest of the year and this cycle it was PINK. That day, my lovely Brian emailed to tell me that it was a full moon. We have been working together for a long time and I think he feels when I need to hear it. As I previously mentioned, you can heal the world by just listening to your intuition. Brian is interested in astrology and ancient civilisations and we always communicate on the right day 🙏🏼
Then my mother reminded me that it was a holy day in Islam to pray and I felt called to re-read my shaman learnings. The cycle of the moon is also in monotheist religions. It is not important what you believe in, as long as you believe the God, Creator, Energy, Universe or Mother Nature. It is the night to pray, meditate, tune in, or make a wish! When I realised the importance of the day, I recorded a voice mail as a reminder that it was the best time to meditate. You can listen to it here.
Most people replied saying that they will do it. The next day I received this picture! Shaunak did not just do the meditation; he even captured this magical moment to share! He also gave me his permission to share with all of you. It is such a magical picture for me. While many of us can’t go outside during lockdown and can’t see the moon from our apartment, you can just use this picture while you meditate. I will use this on my screen to meditate during the next full moon!
3. MOTIVATE your LOVED ones; your ENERGY can MOVE them!
It is important to find a way to move your body during a lockdown. Most of us spend the day working and ignoring the need to exercise. I have been doing dance and yoga routines during this period and I tried to convince my mum to join me. She is 60 years old and I haven't had any luck too far.
My inspiration came from Gulsah! She found an easier home walking exercise to do during the lockdown and has been doing it with her mother via video call. They walk, talk and enjoy their time together! I loved the idea and it inspired me to try it with my mother!
Instead of pushing our ideas of what we think is best, we need to tune in to our loved ones and support them with what they need.
I hope one of these three stories will warm your heart and inspire you to take action!
