Mindfulness Workshops needed in your workplace?
I'm loving how much openness and interest I have experienced already around my corporate Mindfulness Series workshops.
In my blog today, I wanted to answer some of the common questions I've been getting, so you can get a feel of the workshops, and understand if they are something that could work in your workplace.
How were the Mindfulness Workshops born?
During the later years of my corporate career with Amazon, I delivered many workshops to their employees.
Those workshops taught me how to be a trainer; how to engage people, how to create a safe place so that participants can share their voices, how to understand cultural differences and embrace diversity…
Then, the famous pandemic hit the world as of 2020, and we all changed how we work. Online workshops boomed.
During this time, most employees started to struggle with higher stress levels. Working from home was a challenge to all of us.
Suddenly you find yourself in a situation where you need to work, cook, clean, entertain the kids, meet the expectations of the partner all the same time. Or handle life all by yourself in your lonely apartment.
This reality became a wake up call for most individuals, the shift in the individuals ignited the shift in the work environment.
Around this time, my ex-manager David asked me a life changing question: “Would I be interested in creating a “Mindfulness Series” for employees based on what I was doing with my part-time work (coaching & healing individuals)?”
I was so happy for this project, as the topic of Mindfulness falls under what I did in my 1-1 coaching & healing.
I gave my heart and soul to create a “Mindfulness Series”; various online workshops under the topic of mindfulness which aim to help employees to reduce stress and initiate well-being with practical tools and teachings.
I have been in the corporate world for 15 years, I know the stress, heavy working hours or endless to-do lists.
I've also been on my own journey of healing and transformation for almost 10 years.
So, I created practical tools that can be still be done on a busy day. The series became successful and after a time I decided to leave my corporate career to work with more people and share the knowledge.

Lots of useful tips, for wider life, helped me to focus on what is important and gave a me a clear roadmap.
A good understanding of how to release negative emotions which affects my engagement and energy during work day.
I am inspired to meditate on a daily basis, the insights about how mind and body works were valuable and actionable.
To trust more my own gut, take more breaks/hard stops after work hours and confidence to say 'no' to things that do not matter.
It was an excellent session to understand stress and get some ideas on how to overcome it , worth cancelling everything to attend!
