Let's raise the vibrations ready for 2023

We are closing the year.

If this year was challenging, now is a great time to nurture hope. For me, the topic of this week is all about HOPE.

The new year is always a time to be optimistic, to pray that struggles are over, lessons are learnt and time to move on.

This week, we are also working on the topic of hope with my clients. The purpose is to raise the vibes before taking time off for the holidays.

If you’re feeling up to it, here are 3 little activities that you can try until the new year to raise your vibrations.

1. Joyful Journaling Exercise

Sometimes we only focus on what went wrong, and doing this lowers our vibrations and also delays our manifestations. Therefore, I invite you to a joyful journaling exercise. For the best experience, always create a sacred space: light a candle, find soft music and grab a warm tea or coffee. Write down 10 things that happened this year that deserve your gratitude.

“Acknowledging the good that you already have in your life is the foundation for all abundance”.

- Eckhart Tolle

2. Asking for Divine Help on Struggles

We all have struggles and sometimes we forget to ask for divine help. This emerged in one of my sessions last week. The message was “ask for help, remember you are not alone, the angels are with you”. We like to solve our struggles and we even try to control them. Unfortunately, sometimes no matter what we do, we can't find a solution. This year, my biggest struggles came from the parts where I had no control, or when there was nothing I could add. Therefore, in my practice, I kept receiving the message “ask for divine help, hand over your worries to the Creator/Universe”. Now I want to remind you; if you are reading this, it means it is a gentle reminder.

This is a very basic exercise. On your sacred time, close your eyes, take deep breaths and connect to the Divine (source, creator, mother nature, whatever you believe). Tell them about your struggles and imagine you hand over this issue to them and make a prayer from your heart. In this prayer, it is important to feel and give into the act of trusting, believe everything happens for a reason and there is always hope.

3. Gift Yourself

Now, let's add some joy and fun! Ask yourself, what do you want to manifest next year? And think about a small gift to yourself about this desire. If you knew your manifestation or your desire will without a doubt happen next year, what would you gift yourself? For example, if you want to manifest a holiday, maybe you want to get a travel guide or a bikini. Or maybe you want to manifest a relationship, so you buy yourself a nice accessory for the first date.

The key here is to make it a fun game rather than an attachment and remind yourself that you are always worthy.

I am wishing that you keep hope even though it may test your mind and logic!
