Mindful Journaling: Dreaming of the New Year with a Joyful Activity

Hope you had an amazing new year celebration with a little break this year!

I started the new year in slow motion, I took the first week off, woke up with no alarm, rested and enjoyed the unexpected sunny days. I was very much in a “do nothing mode” until now.

New year is a great time to reflect on the previous year and dream and cultivate hope for the new year ahead. Therefore, I booked some ME TIME this Friday for a mindful journaling activity. 

If you started the year slowly, want to set your desires for the new year but don’t know where to start, then I have a gift for you.

Let’s make it real with some accountability

All you need is to book yourself some quality Me Time ( 30-45 minutes) where you can sit down and journal.


Here is my plan

I like to do this exercise either at home with my candles or in a beautiful café where I can enjoy the surroundings. This year, I will do my new year journaling in a beautiful café on Friday the 13th (the number 13 is associated with the divine, it is said to bring good luck and prosperity to those who embrace it. 13 is my lucky number 😊)
