Prioritise your mental health: book suggestion and free meditation

May is the Mental Health Awareness Month ❤️

Just as we care for our bodies, nurturing our mental health is crucial for leading fulfilling lives.

In light of this, many companies are recognizing the importance of mental wellness and taking steps to support their employees in reducing stress and preventing burnout. Research also shows that integrating mindfulness practices into the workplace can significantly increase employee engagement and productivity.

Throughout May, I'm am delivering corporate workshops aimed at empowering employees to reduce stress, combat burnout, and enhance overall well-being. Next week, I will be in Warsaw to kick-off a 6 Months Mindfulness journey with Colgate-Palmolive.

I am so excited to start this long term project and I am happy to visit Warsaw. (If you have any suggestions for my trip, please send them, I will have couple of days to explore 😊

In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, I'd like to share 3 resources to support your journey:

📖 Book Recommendation:
One of the most asked question during my workshops and podcast interviews is the book recommendations. I have read over hundreds of books related to self-development, they all help us. But today I want to share my all time favorite one more time: The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz.

This insightful read offers practical strategies for cultivating resilience and promoting mental well-being in your daily life.

🧘 Meditation Recommendation:
Meditation helps tremendously with your mental health — the results are undeniable. Taking a few moments each day to practice mindfulness meditation can help you to reduce stress and promote inner peace.

I have been my sharing Meditation Kit more and more in my newsletters, it is a collection of 5 powerful meditations that helps your self-healing journey. In honor of Mental Health Awareness month, I want to share one of the meditations from my kit for free to help your journey.

I picked the Forgiveness Meditation to help you to Liberate Yourself from the Past. The aim is not to justify the wrong doing, the aim is to understand and free yourself from the story. Click the link below to download your gifted meditation for free.

Please send us your feedback after experiencing the meditation 🙏

✍️ Journaling Practice:
Dedicate time each day to journaling. Reflect on your thoughts, feelings, and experiences, and explore any patterns or insights that arise. Journaling can be a powerful tool for self-discovery and emotional processing. Even you cant do every day, start today. You will see the impacts of self-discovery first hand.

Remember, your mental health matters, and it's essential to prioritize self-care and seek support when needed.

Together, we can continue to raise awareness and support mental wellness in our work and community. Feel free to share this meditation with someone who goes through a struggle to help their mental health journey.
