3 Things To Always Remember on Any Healing Journey
It has been 2 months since my last blog post. I had a little summer break, but now I am back!

For those who have been with me for a little longer, I'd like to share a glimpse of what has been going on for the last couple of months...
In terms of business, I had amazing results for May and June. I was overbooked with my 1-1 clients and started booking 3 months in advance 🙏.
I launched my first online class on self-healing and we were on a fire! Each session was deep and beautiful, and the transformation stories were proving my belief: “healing is simple and it is within you”…
As you know, I also work part-time in the corporate world as a trainer at Amazon. I was enjoying the best days of my corporate life — I manifested the dream team, dream manager and dream work-life balance.
However, May and June were harsh in my private life… I was only sharing it with my clients, and was not yet ready to write a blog post or a newsletter about it…
I was informed on the cancellation of my dream Italian wedding; the decision was made without me and so I had to accept and surrender.
I started organizing an alternative wedding celebration which brought with it a lot of stress, tension, and resentment for both me and my partner...
The life lessons were coming back for the relationship, lessons which I thought were already healed.
We were trying to please everyone, all while taking anger on for each other. And when it rains it pours…I got a call from my gynaecologist. My recent test results were weird, and I needed an urgent biopsy… Of all times this could have happened, it had to be at a time were I was already feeling extra emotional and sensitive…
My biopsy result came at the end of May and I needed a mini operation on my sacral, but I decided to decline and look for alternative solutions…
The experience became a catalyst for self-work and more realizations on what love, intimacy, joy and life mean.
I took a long summer break which resulted some life changing decisions (more newsletters and blog posts are on the way 😊)…
Now I am back and ready to share! Over the next months, I will share more on FEMININE ENERGY; healing modalities for the sacral chakra, understanding divine feminine and the ENTREPRENEURSHIP journey; fears around leaving a safe job and how to find what is your true calling…

We are human, so all emotions are welcomed and needed…
On your journey of self-discovery, you need to look at your dark sides. You may be angry, bitchy, upset or down…All of these experiences are welcomed — just stay there and accept those emotions. This journey is not about perfection, life is all about learning and transforming.
A bit of mini advice: remember to set healthy boundaries with people who have done nothing for their own transformation journey, but try to advise you why you shouldn’t care or be upset or angry 😊
Loving and Forgiving yourself is an everyday activity…
When you accept the emotions such as Anger, Resentment, Guilt, Shame, then it is time to work on releasing them so that they don’t turn into blocks… It is an everyday job, and most of us get lazy during summer. Here is a fast and easy way to get back, you can start with this 10 min self-forgiveness meditation.
Listen to your BODY (your body is wise), and take time to rest…
Our body never lies and when it needs to rest, if you ignore this calling, your body will take care of it. You will get a cold, flu, or injuries (or scary biopsy results 😅).
It is never too late! My break has taught me one main thing: “I really need to shift my life again and quit my part time job”.
I realised my work was not serving me anymore and I needed to create more time for myself. Maybe you also need to make significant changes in your life, which can give you the time and space to rest?
This can mean anything from starting a 10 minute yoga practice, booking Friday meetings with yourself to read, to cooking healthy, nourishing meals. Only you will know. Listen to your body, it never lies…
