I've delivered workshops to a large amount of participants before (300+ in my online classes) but this broke the record for in-person attendance...

We had almost 100 participants 🤩

It was amazing — I LOVED the energy of the crowd.

When participants put their hearts and minds into the workshop, it lifts me up and gives me an immense energy. 

I am grateful for all the participants. I am also grateful to my ex-manager from Amazon, David, who initiated my work for bringing Mindfulness practices to the workspace.

I created the workshops while I was still in my corporate career as a side project. Since then, I've had amazing opportunities to work with companies like Amazon, Coca-Cola, Hilti and now Vodafone.

A little dream became a passion.
