How MOVEMENT can help you overcome struggles

Summer is officially HERE! The sun supports us by bringing extra positive energy...which we should use to get more movement.

Movement can help us to overcome depression, melancholy or imposter syndrome with ease.

"How can movement help my struggles?"

The word EMOTION comes from the Latin roots ‘emotere’ which means “Energy in the Motion”.

We need to shift our limiting emotions (such as guilt, fear and resentment) in order to initiate change in our lives…And simple motions can lead to bigger shifts in our emotional state.

It is a fact that we are more motivated to take actions when the days are sunny! There is no better time to get into movement for transformation.

I hear you, but I am logical and I lead my day with my mind. I don’t believe in “woo-woo” work, I believe in facts…”

I understand you and agree with you 100%! I am coming from 15 years of corporate career which was lead with the mind.

I have been working with individuals who are leading their lives, their careers with facts and mind.

And on top, I am married to a very skeptical, data-oriented soulmate

This is why I wanted to share a very special video with you today…with deep gratitude to Gerson

Real, tangible transformation (with results!) happens when you dare to look at your inner self and do the inner work! It is not “woo-woo" work done by a guru, nobody is healing you, you are healing yourself by;

  • Accepting yourself as a whole

  • Knowing that all emotions such as anger, resentment, sadness are there for a reason…They all teach you valuable lessons and they made you who you are

  • Letting go of what is not serving you by understanding those valuable lessons

  • Adding  basic mindfulness actions to your life

  • Leaning how to listen to your voice so that you can take intuitive actions that is guided by your inner voice (not by anyone else)

As Gerson mentioned the first step is “Taking the Leap of Faith”… If you are ready to take the first step and book a discovery call, see you soon in person…
