Gratitude Challenge 2020

Happy December! Last month of the year is finally here!

This week, I am running a gratitude challenge every day at 21.00 pm CET/ 15.00 pm EST on my Facebook page. If you haven’t had a chance to join yet, here is what we covered in the first 2 days!

The tasks for the next 3 days are still a surprise! 😀 I am sharing the exercises daily, so make sure to join us over the next 3 days for just 10 minutes to hear the challenges I have to raise your vibrations with gratitude…

5 Day Gratitude Challenge

Day 1. Health

We have started with the most important thing to be grateful in our lives. It is something we usually take into for granted; we never put our focus until we lose it. HEALTH!

We think about our job, love life, houses, but usually we preach this sentence only when we are sick “Health is the most important thing, when I get healthy I will never put my career first again”. We pray for our health and when we get better, we forget to be thankful for it.

For today’s challenge I want you to recognize the parts of your body that require extra care. Perhaps your shoulders are tight? Maybe you have acne. Perhaps it is your thyroid? Identify the parts that need more love and send them gratitude…

On Day 1’s live session, I shared my story of knee pain👇

I’ve had a knee problem since 2012, diagnosed as meniscuses once. I’ve been to physiotherapy 3 times in the last 8 years.

This picture taken 3 years ago, was when “my last serious knee pain” hit me and I started physiotherapy again. I was working until LATE in the office, as you see I was using my badge to keep the ice bag in place. Looking at this photo you might think, “poor lady, she is working so much & she’s so stressed despite her health” However the real issue was a decision in my personal life, it was a love story…

I was not ready to move forward in a relationship and lack of movement was manifesting in a form of knee pain…

After realizing the root cause and healing my heart, I was able to walk without pain again. However, I always send my gratitude to my knee, for being able to walk without pain since then!

Day 2. Gratitude for your home 🏡

During lockdown, we spend most of our time at home. The more we are grateful to the place we live in the more peace we feel inside that space! You may want a bigger home and think your life would be better if you had more space. I hear you, I live in a 1-bedroom apartment and both me and my partner have been working from home since April!

However, seeing the positives of my current environment has helped me live peacefully in such a small space and realize the calmness of the minimalist lifestyle.

😌I am grateful for a large window, it lets all the beautiful sunlight in and I can see trees from every angle.
😌I am grateful for the forest that is so close to where I live.
😌I am grateful to my tiny toilet and bathroom, so that I have all the free space in the living room area and we can both have our personal desks.
😌 I am grateful that I feel to safe & protected at home.
😌 I am grateful for clean tap water! I used to buy bottled water due to poor water quality and there are still so many people on earth who do not have access to clean water.

Day 3. Gratitude for the special people who have inspired you this year.

Today, we will focus on the 3 people who touched our hearts and our journey in this crazy 2020!

Sometimes in our darkest moments, there are people who have shined a light and we forget to say “Thank you” for their existence.

Have a think about three people who have made your 2020 better, easier, funnier, or calmer. It can be your mum, colleague, teacher, or even someone you only met once briefly!

Let's send our light to those who became a light for us in 2020. 🌟

Think about..

💛 What was the situation in my life and how this person helped me?

💛What are the qualities that I admire in this person?

💛What are you most grateful for when you think about this person?

After you’ve journaled, write a letter to them. Then close your eyes and send them green and pink light from your heart.

Tonight we will talk how to send positive energy to others in the Facebook live!

Day 4. Here is a little teaser....😀

I can only say for this exercise we will do a special clearing to release unhealthy energy cords.

Day 5. The final day is all about magic...😀

I hope to see you on the lives!

With Love,
Gül
