Ready to start the New Year with amazing energy?
After a long break of 3 weeks, I am back to my favourite activity of 2020, writing my newsletters!😀
Even though it is one of my favourite activities, I skipped last week due to low energy.
For some reason this year started a bit late for me, as the first 6 days of this year my energy was a bit low. It was hard to get back to action in all areas of my life. My mood was “Ok, I need to start the new year with fresh energy, yes, lets write, dream… BUT I don’t feel like it, maybe I can just check my emails today, maybe I am not feeling motivated today, maybe this maybe that…”
I think the long holiday season merged with lock down has led to a lot of stuck energy.
This year most of us were hoping for a break from staying at home where you just eat, drink, watch, and sleep. The risk of doing nothing is like loop, the more you do nothing, the more you want to do nothing.🙃
Good news though! On 6th Jan, I managed to move away from this tired, stuck energy to feeling motivated and ready to start with this amazing new year energy!
I did it by committing to spending a full and focused 60 minutes with myself on simple activities that moved me from stuckness to positive mindset and inspired action.
I realized that sometimes all we need is “a simple push” to go back to healthy habits.
So last week I spent sixty minutes on this simple push for manifesting 2021 visions with my clients. And this week, when I sat to write my newsletter, I felt the urge to share this with you, for those who started the year like me.
Think of it as a gentle push from the universe to start 2021 with high vibrations ✨
What is the activity I have done on 6th Jan?
I always say to my clients, healing and transformation is in SIMPLICITY. We are the ones who are making it more complex than it is; simple things (not always easy things but always simple things) are the real source of transformation.
I used a very simple formula. I asked some questions to myself about 2021 and wrote the answers. This activity took me to higher vibrations. While I was in that stage, I added one more joyful, playful activity: making a brand new vision board for 2021.
I love the sound of this, I am also in lock down at home. How can I copy this activity?
This time instead of writing the questions here, I wanted to send it to you in a more profound method, so you can take your own quality time to create dream 2021 😍

All you need is 1-hour quality time for yourself. Whilst doing this you need to be fully present and commit to SAYING NO to phones, distractions, excuses and SAYING YES to creativity, candles, nice music 😀
What if I don’t have the time and skip this exercise?
We all know that famous phrase of Einstein, that everything is energy and all we need to do is match ourselves to the energy that we want to attract.
As simple it looks, in our busy daily life we forget to take time to tune ourselves and raise our vibrations.
There are different ways to do it, you can meditate, dream, journal, visualize the reality you want. I wanted to create a playful journaling exercise for you that will raise your vibrations whilst answering simple questions.
I have been working with individuals for the last 4 years and I have witnessed one truth of progress amongst all my clients. Each and every step counts in transformation.
The people that take the time for themselves and focus only on personal growth rather than outside influences always achieve a profound internal transformation.
Although the initial transformation occurs internally, eventually it leads to external shifts, which often appear as inevitable waves of more joyful, calmer and purposeful vibes.
You might say, yes, I hear you, but I am busy, I don’t have 1 hour this week. Then I would encourage you to count the time you spend on your phone during a day. I am 100% sure you will get around 2-3 hours (research shows the same. I took the time to count mine, and found almost 1.5 hours lost even in a very efficient day😔).
I hope this little exercise will initiate or fire up your desire to keep creating those internal shifts.
