What does Mindfulness actually mean?
What is mindfulness in a nutshell? Essentially, mindfulness is staying engaged in the present moment.
Often, your mind is in the past, thinking about what HAS happened…or in the future, thinking about what MIGHT happen.
When you’re in the present, you come up with more ideas, stay calmer, and are more productive.
