Instead, it teaches us to feel and respect all of our emotions—good and bad—helping us achieve balance and deeper self-awareness 🧘🏻‍♀️

Additionally, mindfulness is not tied to any religious practice, nor will it magically solve all of your problems. What it does do is help you cultivate a better relationship with your mind, body, and soul.
