Here are my top 3 exercises for when your fire starts within burning you
This week, things are heating up!
The universe is on fire and the heat is crazy! And actually it reflects to our mood.
…This week the theme of “anger” came out in all of my private sessions. I've been also experience it in my own life.
When we feel emotional (like a pressure cooker of issues, responsibilities, triggering people) it could feel like many things are "on your nerves”…
If this resonates for you, first thing: remove the guilt...you are not alone
It is a “iggggggghhh” kind of emotional week.
One of my mentors shared a powerful phrase with me once: “Anger is misplaced power”.
There was a time this year where I had an anger outburst. Afterwards, guilt and emotions destroyed me
…The conflict I was experiencing felt like a betrayal…"this person betrayed me”.
This phrase made go on a deep journey “Anger is misplaced power”…If it is misplaced, how I can put it into the right place?
Oh boy, it was one hell of a journey...not the easiest maybe, but I learned a lot!
Lots of things came through because of that anger, that power, that stuck feeling that was within me…
When I look back, I was reminded of 3 major things;
✨ The importance of boundaries!
✨ The ego game of over giving, “I did all the things for them how dare they do this”
✨ The importance of 'me time' and keeping a healthy routine that balances me with ease (so anger does not need to explode)
This week things are heating up…If you feel emotional, here is my recipe;
Here are my top 3 exercises for when your fire starts within burning you
Taking time for nature walks…Earth, mother nature, is the simplest way to balance your energy.
Journaling when intense emotions (and the “iggggggghhh” mode) comes along…You will be surprised what will come out when you journal 3+ pages when you are feeling emotional.
Practicing a basic Qigong routine to wake up your body’s energies and get them moving in the right direction.
And, if you are on holiday or are privileged to live by the water, you can do a simple exercise: practicing gratitude in the water…realizing how fortunate you are to be there in this massive heatwave

PS. This week, we are going to be a little quieter as we work behind the scenes to create and give birth to a new look, feel and energy to the online spaces of my business. If we've known each other a while, you may have noticed some little changes to my emails already.
I'm super excited to share a brand new website that reflects the journey and growth of my business over the last few years with you very soon!
