Social media puts a lot of pressure on the healing journey. We see a lot of marketing around becoming enlightened. When we practice what is out there, we don’t see a deep change and wonder what we are doing wrong.
Actually you are not doing anything wrong, some concepts of healing are misunderstood. As a transformation coach & healer, I witness transformation stories of others with great pleasure. For every person, it is vital to clear this misunderstanding about healing.
Here are top 5 things you need to remember in your healing journey...
✨ Healing is not a one-time 'quick fix'
There is no finish line. Healing journeys are endless. We are limitless. And this is a positive thing — we have the capacity to change and transform every day.
✨ Only you can walk your path, the person who can "fix" you doesn’t exist
Sure, there are teachers, guides, coaches that can help you…But “the person who'll fix you” doesn't exist. I have searched for this for a long time, and my life changed when I understood one simple fact: only you can be “the healer” of yourself…
✨ You need to digest the healing
Sometimes we need time to digest the healing. Some blocks are deeper than others. But we believe that when we finally reach them, we are ready to transform. This is not always the case...
After releasing the blocks, you still need to process what you've learned, and bring it in to your daily life, move forward and transform.
✨ Manifestation comes with faith and effort (not only faith)
Some things can be manifested quickly and easily (when you are in alignment). Others take a long time often because they are tangled with your fears.
By doing the inner work on the layers of fear, internal shifts occur which then lead to external shifts.
✨ Fear can always be there (it will come and go), don’t wait until it's gone in order to move
Fear helps you learn and grow. We need to understand what the fear is about. The win of the healing journey is not to eliminate fear completely. The win is to “feel the fear and do it anyway.”
