3 steps to awaken your feminine energy
Are you ready to heal + awaken your Divine Feminine Energy? The Divine Feminine represents the intuitive, feeling, nurturing, receptive, creative and interconnected parts of us.
It's important to remember that the Divine Feminine is NOT about gender, but about energy. We ALL have masculine and feminine energies within us. When these energies are balanced we can live a much happier and joyful life.
This month, we are talking about awakening the divine feminine energy within us. This is the energy that is most often suppressed + pushed aside for more masculine qualities (eg. choosing to think through a problem over feeling through it).
There are some KEY steps you need to take to begin the journey of awakening your inner feminine...
1) Face the Shadows, Accept all Emotions, Realize
We can only RELEASE what we REALIZE. The first step is to accept the emotions and go deeper and deeper until you see the light in this shadow.
This step requires stillness, staying in the emotion and facing the shadow, this unworthy side of you. It might seem difficult or frightening, as you are used to distract yourself. Keep the faith and book yourself “self-time”, where you can journal, meditate, cry and speak out freely.
2) Understand: What was the lesson for you?
After realization, before distracting ourself with social media or excuses so that we can avoid emotions, it is really important to move to the second step to realize and understand “what was the lesson for you”.
We usually put ourself in the victim seat, this step will help you to change your perspective. “What if this incident happened for you, not against you”?
It is mindful journaling session, and if you are not good at journaling, you can also use a friend a mentor to share your findings
3) Heal the Self, Bring Shadow to Light
Realization and journaling, actually starts the self-healing process. Congratulations you have already made the biggest step!
Now it is important to complete this work with bringing deep waves of forgiveness both to yourself and others. Adding self-love work to forgiveness will help you to heal faster. Here are some tools that you can use on forgiveness;
